yes, yes we do. There's a rottenness in top level football and the whitewashing of the RS hordes are the glimpse into it. And Everton are usually the scapegoat for it. Afterall, examples must be made.
I have never been more cynical about sport...and football is in the vanguard of my cynicism.

Conn's report I linked was merely an internal spat within Uefa about what department takes most blame for the security situation failing on the night...the underlying cause of what happened was that 50,000 Kopites - encouraged by their creepy manager - descended on a stadium and only 19,000 had tickets.

yes, that is the self-evident truth. But such is the nowaday universality of deceit and obfuscation that truth is too revolutionary a concept to introduce into the equation.
