ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Being in the top flight and seeing that stadium go up will be enough to get under their skin everyday of the year.

They know that right now we face our biggest threat as a club to keep our heads above water. If we can ride this inquiry out this week and stay up this season they'll know the chance has gone to get shut of us and turn Liverpool into a one team city.

We have to fend off relegation this season. If we do it'll kill them.

Looks like they’ve got some serious problems going on.

Doesn't look good. Looks like they beat us in the "getting screwed over by building contractors cup" this season.

I heard that on the last day on site, after they had got shafted by the bust building company, loads of the contractors poured concrete down the pipe work and nobbled the site, so it’s not just the issues seen on those vids - they whole lot will need ripping out and re doing to make good.

Eight people have been arrested after Saturday's Merseyside derby, where a female fan and a police officer were hit by bottles.
The officer suffered a laceration to his face and was treated at Anfield stadium after the attack at about 11:50 BST, Merseyside Police said.
Eight people were held on suspicion of various offences, including hate and tragedy chanting, and ticket touting.
Police described the behaviour as "totally unacceptable".

I think it is safe to say that if they were everton fans, the fact they were everton fans would be plastered up front and top of these reports. Draw you own conclusions to the non disclosure of which colours they were wearing

Isn't it strange that the same country, it’s police force and the very same stadium that had massive issues and were completely in the wrong and at fault when hosting our murderous cousins from across the park can manage to hold a multiple match rugby World Cup finals, with fans from all corners of the world travelling and attending without the vaguest hint of any trouble or problems, for the many thousands of fans going to the matches, entering the stadiums with their tickets, interacting with the French police, other fans and the local youth and all generally having a very enjoyable time….

I just don’t know What could possibly be the difference between France hosting a cl final involving the pedz, and France hosting a rugby World Cup?!!!
