MOTD2 analysis: Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold is 'heartbeat' of team like Steven Gerrard.

Match of the Day 2's Jermaine Jenas and Leon Osman discuss how it's time for the "heartbeat" of the Liverpool team, Trent Alexander-Arnold, to take up a permanent role in central midfield.

Hang on, what happened to 'the best right-back in the world' ?
He's naff, positionally terrible, can't take anyone on. Can play a cracking ball but that's about it.
He played as the 'heartbeat' of a team that conceded 3 goals to a crap Fulham team at home.

And, here we go again... lol Mind you, Sutton has always been a tosser of the highest order, coupled with the fact that he has as much footballing insight as a politician quizzed on his knowledge of his favourite football team.

What's all this about his knee now? Was that when he tried to big daddy poor Jordan Pickford?

You'd think that this would have been news at the time.

Anyone get the feeling the PL really desperately want more than a two horse race this season, and anyone but city winning it, so they’re friendly neighbourhood pinkies are gonna get quite a bit of “support”, especially after the travesty overt the Diaz spurs goal?!

Oh by the way, you’re all wrong about the media loving them and hanging out their asses - every kopite tells me they are detested and hated by the media, so we must be wrong lads.

Main headline on BBC sport is about the Premier league agreeing a record TV deal. You'll never guess which team is pictured celebrating a goal...

I saw that article and it was a picture of Haaland pointing and smiling at a camera, went onto the site 2 hours later and it had changed to them.

Wonder if the person who put the original picture up was sacked for going against company rules?

Yes, but did you take that screenshot the minute it came on. Are you on the site constantly, waiting for articles to appear :)

Joking aside, I do remember it, I may have it wrong who knows but thought it was a funny picture at the time, considering an article lower had him shouting at a ref. May have been a different article, who knows now, unless somebody randomly took a picture of it before?

Either way, they are obsessed with them, regardless of whether it was the first picture or the second picture associated to the article.

Edit: I can see the 9 mins (on the screenshot) but I still have a strong feeling it was Haaland.

Fair enough. I'm pretty sure I was on the website when it first appeared, and then
ended up going back (9 mins) later and took the screenshot because it had gradually continued to pi55 me off lol.
