ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

He was throwing his hands up after both goals as if to say "Look what I have to work with here! This isn't my fault"

He's not a leader, not really

It's easy to be the leader when things are going your way and you're winning games. A whole lot different when you're up against some adversity

They honestly miss someone like Milner

A level headed stalwart pro who just shows up and does his job whilst leading by example
He's like Prihce Andrew.
He never sweats!

They've gone from all conquering quadruple winners ago to league cup winners, within a month.

Klopps flops.
Absolutely, pathetic isn’t it. In fact the narrative now is Klopps done well even having them in contention.

They’ve spent a fortune on the spine of that team, making out like he’s took a Brentford and made them contenders.

Our record in the last 11 derbies at Goodison since the 13/14 season.

1 win, 8 draws, 2 losses (one of these in last kick of game)

In the last 7 they’ve failed to score in 5 of the games.

But every time we keep saying we have no chance of getting anything out of the fixture. The media focus on our streak of not winning this fixture (now ended), but you compare that Liverpool away record vs their record against any other mid table pl team and I’d wager that we’ve taken far more points off them than most.

Can’t wait to see whatever stat sky pop up next time they cover the game ‘ten years since Everton’s last victory in this fixture (*excluding the most recent fixture).’

The post match analysis was great. Win or lose, I usually turn games off straight away but I knew that Rooney had the chance to stick the knife in and he did that very well. Every time Rooney spoke you could see the 3 kopites squirming.

I did turn off before the Klopp comments but was there for the beautiful mention of Van Dijk crying about 12:30 kick offs. They should be pleased with the fact that they can get straight out there before the other 2 and put a bit of pressure on. They should be pleased that they can get out there as soon as possible and try to rectify the situation by putting in a performance. Time and time again they just prove themselves to be bad losers and awful whingers, as a whole club.

For the lurkers, stop crying about the ref. Personally thought he did a great job, didn't let them off with any of their usual antics of sneaky fouling, knowing they can get away with it, and they did not like that. They will call it bias, but if you look at all the minor & major decisions and the cards given, as a neutral, they were correct, for both sides.
The free kick which resulted in our first goal was never a foul.

Which makes things sweeter
