He's not a leader, not really

It's easy to be the leader when things are going your way and you're winning games. A whole lot different when you're up against some adversity

They honestly miss someone like Milner

A level headed stalwart pro who just shows up and does his job whilst leading by example

When the penalty was getting looked at, did you see him go to the ref and complain? He pointed towards the half way line, it looked like he as complaining about JT's tackle.
