That's not even a particularly good Chelsea team but they bossed the manslaughter's for most of that game and they had to have their regular penalty hand-out from their PGMOL mates to get a win.

Indeed. They were fortunate, nothing new there, to get an easy start to the season which was particularly helpful given the new manager having an easy ride, even though they did manage to get beat by Notts Forest. Anyway, I more than hopeful that they will falter in the coming weeks. I would be amazed if they were still in the title race backend of the season
