ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They died in 1985.

If I followed any football club who's fans were responsible for that I couldn't go on supporting them. Not one human life is worth following a football club.

The greatest anger I have toward them is not over them winning stuff now and again; it's that they still have the brass neck to brush their fellow fans psychotic and murderous attack under the carpet to carry on like nothing ever happened.

They shouldn't have been able to carry on and exist...and wouldn't have been allowed to have in any decent world.
The media share a big portion of the blame for their absolution of all sins and teflon coated image.

Just seen West Ham got lots of injuries and suspensions ahead of their game against Liverpool. Typical

Same with Vardy being out tonight, not that he'd have made a difference but the amount of luck with teams best players/goalscorers out injured when they play Liverpool is ridiculous, it's happened for years.

Yep, I have just accepted it.

Fear they will win more than one trophy this season.

Snot will be hailed as some sort of tactical genius, and general benefactor to the downtrodden of Liverpool.

The way their rotten to the 'kin core chairman and secretary (John Smith and Peter Robinson) wriggled away from responsibility was a disgrace. They'd never have been allowed to avoid it these days. Blaming others for the actions of their own animals - they each took that to the grave with them.

Culpability and Liverpool FC are never mentioned in the same sentence ever.

Yeah they had just come off winning 7 out of 8 they were completely out of form. We would have stuffed them especially with the game being at Goodison.
No need to over elaborate his post. Without being able to quote the small print of their stats - which of course comes readily to some, generally our tails were up and they were winning but not playing so well. Stuffing them was never on any realistic agenda. But a win was definitely in the possible list at the Old Lady.

League's over by Christmas.

Same as the last time they won it.

They need a massive gap to avoid choking. They have it now.
But you still call the win in 2020 the 'asterisk title'. Then they had a 25 point lead with 9 games to play. Admittedly City had an extra game to play. However, you insisted that they would have choked. Now with what looks like a 6 point lead and a game in hand you say that their lead is big enough not to be worried about choking. This with 20/21 games left. You are a hard person to fathom.

The terrain is unrecognisable from 2020*.
