It's just so pointless as well defending a player in this manner, when he's already expressed a desire to move on

If he'd been at the club for 10 years and had been unwaveringly loyal during that period, i.e. Terry at Chelsea, you could understand why fans would be falling over themseves to defend him, whether rightly or wrongly

Suarez has only been there a couple of years and tried to strongarm a move in the summer, why are they going so far to defend him at every turn? He's done nothing to earn such loyalty

LFC should be out with a statement diss-associating itself with these morans, but no, silence

Social media should be awash with Reds, outraged at their name being blackened by these morans, but no, instead all you hear is that Stan is a wind up merchant, Why? Because he said that Luis (the biggest diver in football) Suarez dived.

Yeah, Collymore must have been asking for it... words fail

I think you're spot on there, the shocking thing is the majority of decent reds (and, all joking aside, they are the majority) have just let this problem get out of hand. I put it down to the way they've all been abusing the defence of their club over any sort of perceived attack on it. When that happens it leaves the door open to the club being infested with racists and other psychos who jump in and are then not confronted by the majority because they appear like just another part of the 'defence' of the club.

It has to stop. That club and their fans need to swing around on this now and stamp it out. How they do that is up to them.

I was just going to post this as well. If you read the report suarez admitted to using the words as Evra had claimed and admitted that it wasn’t used in a friendly manner. So many reds blamed Evra when it’s there in black and white that suarez admitted it. When I asked the reds if they’d read the report when they would accuse Evra, you’d always get the standard answer, ‘it’s over 100 pages long, as if!’

Anyway, I have been reading a thread on an LFC forum (not RAWK) regarding the Oldham stabbing.

There's a general feeling amongst the older fans that the younger ones are getting a bit nasty - in terms of violence, baiting, aggressive fanaticism etc. and they don't like it at all.

To their great credit.

Every club has an idiot minority. The problem with LFC is that their minority is bigger than everyone else's - and it's growing. We should all strive to stamp it out, but their club itself should make a stand, instead of pandering to their lunatic fringe.

It WILL all end in tears.

I know some LFC season ticket holders who weep when they see what goes on - but when in the company of other fans they maintain a united front. THEY have to have the guts to speak out.

Until then, they will deserve all the flack they get.
 
The media are terrified of them. They're running this story on Sky News and haven't made one mention of the fact it was Liverpool fans doing it.

Lukaku is a bad man apparently who supports anti sematic behaviour and should be banned, while poor Sakho was tricked into doing the gesture for a photo.

Seriously, I'm not even making it up this time. They really are unique them lot.

I don't know. I think our fan bases have pretty similar percentages of fans you don't want. It's just because their fan base is much larger that they have many more of them.
If you put all bias apart, then Liverpool really aren't top of the league of clubs to despise. They are up there though for their very shady history I'd say.
