Is it just me that doesn't actually know any of these manic reds on the likes of RAWK? I mean, my red mates are a bit arseholish when it comes to Liverpool/Everton discussions but its only banter. When it comes to the crux of things they know the score with most issues. Maybe I'm living a sheltered life?

It's just so pointless as well defending a player in this manner, when he's already expressed a desire to move on

If he'd been at the club for 10 years and had been unwaveringly loyal during that period, i.e. Terry at Chelsea, you could understand why fans would be falling over themseves to defend him, whether rightly or wrongly

Suarez has only been there a couple of years and tried to strongarm a move in the summer, why are they going so far to defend him at every turn? He's done nothing to earn such loyalty

No, the title is non-specific though. 'Football hooliganism' + 'M'side Police' was meant to be vague.

I can see our rivalry with Liverpool degenerating into something similar to the Old Firm at some point, just a bit less sectarian (Although I imagine that will eventually play a part if things get worse)
