ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

If Man City win the league, in addition to the League Cup already bagged, in Pellegrini's first season he may well be crowned Manager of the Year.

If Liverpool have blown the title I would be quite happy to see they had the 'double' Player of the Year, and Manager of the Year as employees. It would be ruddy hilarious!

Really? Any metric?

OK, let's try this one - Liverpool finished 7th last year and have improved 5 places.

Crystal Palace came up in the playoffs and were expected to finish 20th, and are 11th, 9 places above expectations.

How is that for a metric.
Moving from 20th to 11th is clearly way harder

Hmmmm You're a red of very few words and opinions. I'm not surprised though, its not the first time ive encountered this this week.

Like Davek mentioned yesterday. You'll be like a rat up a drain pipe and will have lots to say should villa get anything in a few hours.

Typical
I really won't.

You're clearly not a happy chap at the moment, I think we need to get back to basics with our question of the day, here's todays;

If someone has a mid-life crises while playing hide & seek, does he automatically lose because he can't find himself?
Haha. You're so funny, Bungle. Always make me laugh.

Not even sure if you're being sarcastic or not here.

The way the likes of Allardyce, Pulis, Moyes, Hughes, Pardew, Curbishley, Hodgson etc have done well at getting teams out of the relegation fight but reached a glass ceiling at about 7th surely shows that it's harder to improve at the top end than the bottom end.

If nothing else, out performing Wenger, Martinez and Mourinho should be harder than outperforming Chris Hughton and Ole Solksjaer.
