ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Just realised, all this talk of the RS being such a great goalscoring, attacking team... City have scored more goals. And simultaneously conceded far, far fewer. And not had 50 penalties. And they don't score nearly as many from corners.

Yes, but they dont deserve to win the title because they spent £600M on transfers in the last five years, and Liverpool only spent £300M.

Lol.

Jordan Henderson's red card against City more damaging than Gerrard's slip?

Nah. If Liverpool had got that point against Chelsea they would have had the advantage and not went hell for leather to get an unrealistic goal tally against Palace.

The slip cost them the title; the Palace game was just the icing on the cake.

red in work proclaims that Liverpool are more righteous because their wealth was "already there" and they "already had it" so therefore it's completely irrelevant to compare spending and wages with those of man city who have these limited resources now provided by super rich benefactors

I know mate, I know

This seems to be one of the excuses being banded about at the minute. As much as he's had a good season, I doubt he'd have been the player to unlock chelsea and I doubt he'd have had much to stop there capitulation v palace

I would dearly love them to have to live with the fact that their Captain Fantastic's slip and their fraud manager's instructions to reduce GD cost them the title.

We just need City to polish this off now and it all becomes a reality.

"People have lost sleep, and not a little dignity, because Liverpool are back"

No mate, but I lost an afternoon and the best part of the following day, in a mist of laughter and alcohol, after witnessing the funniest collapse since Devon Loch
