They always seem to think, full of bull and bravado that they can buy who they want.... till it percolates down to the wastes of space Rodgers has signed and then the likes of Rickie Lambert - and thats not to offend him but them. I stopped agitating over their buys years ago when they bought people we had designs on. They ultimately signed them ....people like Dean Saunders and Collymore. Who then flopped. They seem to be toxic the last year every which way they turn...my late brother used to say they were the spawn of the devil with their luck and good fortune so its turned round. He'd have loved all this.
