helps us to forget our own caputualion in those last few games doesnt it.
from an almost certain c/l situation in our own hands ...we blew it..
So lukaku now almost not coming back .

demba ba ..ok but only for a loan ..seems the only hope at the moment..

Lot of things off-beat here, mate.

We were never certs for top-4, we were a decent outside bet. We didn't capitulate anything. We got the most points in a season since Sky invented football. Most neutral observers would say we had a good season, with little complaints.

Why do you say Lukaku is "almost not coming back"? The latest thinking is that Mourinho may let him go, and Everton are the biggest club who are showing an interest, making us favourite. He's on record as saying it's a possibility he'll stay with us. I don't blame Rom for keeping his options open...Champs League football is a massive temptation.

The only Prem Team who genuinely "capitulated" were Liverpool. Their epic fail will go down in history, perhaps only matched by Newcastle in the mid-90's.

Demba Ba our only hope? Roberto's just returned from his Brazil job. He's on record as saying he wants to wait until after the World Cup to make transfer decisions as he wanted to see how his targets performed under the greatest pressure. He wants to bring in 5 or 6 new players. All eyes on this transfer window, but patience required before judgement is met.

lol That Camara is not bad for a former Kopite.

Also the majority of those comments on Amazon must be a joke surely? It's too insane even for them...

£75m = €94.5m?! no way Barca are paying that for a disgraced forward when they hold all of the chips.

Now €75m sounds a tad more plausible (around £59.5m?) why can't LFC and all of their ridiculous minions see that all of the propaganda BS doesn't work? it didn't work with the Suarez racism incident, didn't work with the Chellini bite, didn't work with all of the stamping/gouging/kicking/diving/feigning injury. It's like a Jedi-mind trick that only works on retards.

The Echo reporting it now as "around" £75M. Ha, yeah if you can call £10M here or there "around" it.

As much as it amuses me to see the RS lose Suarez (although to be perfectly honest I also sort of hoped he'd stay as he was comedy gold and disgraced that club no end), it also sickens me that scum like that is getting one of the plum roles in world football - the number nine shirt for Barcelona.

One thing I hope happens though - Barcelona draw Liverpool in the CL, Suarez scores and kisses the badge in front of the Kop. Just so, once and for all, they can understand what deluded sheep cultists they have been over him.

Agreed. I hope that this deal falls through, tbh. If he stays in England with Liverpool he'd be absolutely toxic for them. They'd win nothing and his and Liverpool's conduct would be monitored every step of the way. Sadly there's no turning back from this now...which is why, comically, Barcelona wont be paying anything like the crazy £75M the idiots at the Echo believe (or are spinning) they will.

"First fellow Liverpool Football Club fans, my name is Mark Field. I'm a life long fan from Devon. This book is a must read. It regales the tales of yesteryear and it sent me on a vivid journey through my memories, but first I must tell you of a story about how powerful this wonderful piece of literature is: I read this book to my daughter, she was born at christmas, I felt it was an omen, we were top of the league and my amazing baby girl Anne Field came into my life, things couldn't get any better.

As I was recalling about Luis scything through defences like the grim reaper himself, Studgy dancing with delight, and our Stevie G proving he is the best passer in the world my daughter smiled and a solitary tear ran down my face as I was such a proud father! But like last season, my story turns sour. As I told little Anne about Chelsea and then Palace, she began to cry, her eyes filling up, she felt my pain, she felt the pain of Luis! I said to her "You'll never walk alone Anne! You'll never walk alone!!" With those immortal words, she was rested and fell back to sleep, dreaming of next year. We go again. YNWA"

I've just been sick
