Going after a poster in the open forums either individually or collectively is not what we expect from posters new or old.

Some of those players they have signed may well be quality players. moreno markovic can to name a few may be really good signings in a couple years time. hindsight will be a wonderful thing in that case.

but you look at every single player they have signed this summer and can you genuinely say they are better than they were in may? players like lallana and lambert were championship players and league one just a couple of years ago. are they suddenly champions league standard? ballotelli is a half arsed player with a reputation he still hasn't fulfilled 4 years later.

origi was a knee her signing for anyone. not even arsed about that, no one had really hheard of him before the world cup and anyone signing him away from Belgium or French football was signing him on reputation alone. that would have included us. an example of Liverpool grabbing anyone they can while they have money.

Liverpool transfer dealings are summed up like this.

Brendan is the equivalent of a recently divorced husband off to the strip club and wanting to make it rain all night to stop his ex wife taking the money. He is throwing his money at every drink woman and new friend he can come across trying to make the night never end.

The night ends September 3rd for him.
