Having read the serialised excerpt about Song in Walcott's book, I'm quite certain he'll fit in well at Anfield.

Was never even that good at Arsenal. Played his best football at Charlton, did nothing for Arsenal and then next minute he was off to play centreback in Guardiola's team of 11 midfielders but then never got a game. Would be decent but who on here would swap McCarthy for him? I certainly wouldnt.

Also buying midfielders rather than attack dogs like Henderson would mean they would have to actually start passing it in midfield and then Stevie me gets found out again.

Bunch of pivots over there...

People are more anti-Lucas then they've ever been because of his lackluster performance vs Southhampton in the double-pivot but they ignore the fact that he's spent the last several years as a lone pivot and he's miles better as a lone pivot.

Balotelli was good business for them as Eto'o was for us, forget about the crass remarks some have said on here.

Sterling is going to have a huge season IMO. I think Sturridge will score goals as well.
