If you want to start a topic on it, be my guest.

If the site is going to prohibit any reference to a persons colour, or height, or hair colour etc, then you may want to update the Forum Rules thread as it is not clearly specified, only inflammatory or offensive comments.

You have also just fallen foul of your own rule by referencing a persons colour and height. I demand you ban yourself ;)
Look, for a start you're miles off topic on the thread lol

Seriously, I feel you're nitpicking - you know full well what I meant, and the fact that he mentioned skin colour was unnecessary - so why was it mentioned? To stereotype in a negative light.

If you want to disagree with me that's fine (@Kurt and everyone) but please do it via PM - if you start to argue in threads, remember that we both have a right of reply, not only you. I'd rather not fall out with folk over this bizarre debate.

While I agree there may be worse examples of racism, this was still unacceptable and I will not be changing my stance, and I consider the matter (which did not concern you or any other members in the first place) over.

b ) Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

e ) Promote discrimination based on race, sex religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any other reason;

q) Be religious, racial or political. There are other forums on the Internet suited for exactly this type of discussion, and ask that you please conduct such discussions on those forums.

It was a racial comment chum, and it's referenced at least three times in the rules. It's hardly PC gone mad, and if you think that not being able to refer to someone as a "black midget" encroaches on your freedom of speech, I think there's some handy advice regarding other forums contained within the rules too.

Are you twelve?

They won't give you a free upgrade you know mert.
