Thought we got paid per game

If it is like what I have heard in previous seasons I think they pay each club the same and that guarantees a certain number of games live a season, say 4/5 games live. If a club gets more games they get paid extra per game, or something like that.

It is absolutely disgraceful that they have appeared on TV that many times in a row. People joke about [Poor language removed] teams playing each other being on TV but I think we would prefer that to being subjected to them if we want to watch football live on a Sunday afternoon.

No. Every club gets the same guaranteed amount, the £30m or whatever it is this year, but you also get paid per game you are televised as well. With a minimum number guaranteed. (Hence Hull/West Ham last monday)
