ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Their Rafael Benitez/Napoli thread is proper cringeworthy. SO many of them actually have Napoli as "their other team" just because Walrus Features manages them.

They are OBSESSED with the waiter, properly addicted to him. Weird as hell.

it's amusing because they're so bitter of united. they're so deluded that they thought they were set for a period of dominance over them. the could laugh for a few months at the start of this season but now united have blown them out of the water and made an absolute mockery out of them. they've both thrown a massive amount of cash around, but united are still big enough to attract world class quality despite not being in europe at all.

so now, they've decided to turn their attention back to us to have a laugh at, when the reality is that come season's end we would have finished above them 3 seasons out of 4 - with their one solitary victory coming single handedly from a guy who overperformed and has now moved on.
they can laugh all they like, they're laughing at our purchase of lukaku (i know right, the fans of the team who spunked £35m on someone whose greatest achievement was scoring about 15 goals in the championship) but the reality is that even us, despite being in europa managed to attract a bigger signing than them. we also brought in eto'o who is a bigger name than their £120m worth of signings put together.

they'll be laughing at tranmere by the end of march.

They want us to finish 4th don't they? Good for the city or something?

He really needs to be sectioned, for his own good.
Do they let him drive a car - he must be dangerous behind the wheel with a mind and brain as puddled as his obviously is.

Of course he can drive after his humanitarian work reinventing football he set to on making cars better...

You have to hand it to Mr Clever, he can't half talk the flannel, 'In my time here we have had must win games, more times than not we've won them'. Last season they had 2 must win game, Man City and Palace, 1 win and 1 draw. And 1 must not lose, Chelsea home and they lost. I half expected he was going to start singing, 'Six times ....' whilst getting out a minature replica of the 2014 parade bus.

Having read the Everton thread on RAWK today (link was above) it seems to me that their comments about us have turned from banter and taking the p*** (as we do about them) into someone more than that - it is literally spiced with vitriol and bile so much that one must concede they're seriously unhappy about things when the default defence is to lay into us in such unpleasant terms.

3 seasons out of 4 we will have finished above them this season's end.

I admire their ambition, but there were more pressing issues facing the club when they bought him. He's not a bad player, but their first choice backline is Howards (35), Baines 29/30, Distin (37), Jagielka (32), Hibbert (33) and is shielded by Barry (34). That's 6 players with a combined age of 201 years!

Are these actually joking? I could understand the lid maybe thinking Distin is first choice and not Stones, but on what planet is Hibbert first choice over Coleman?

i decided not to quote this because i presumed they were basing it on the city game alone. just my inkling anyway. who knows with them
