I honestly suspect he has been influenced by his uncle's business partner, Carralar and the soon-to-be-departing club captain, who I assume want to put the boot in.

I remember this from after Flanagan had a great derby debut... "Carra is always there giving me advice and after the game he sent me a little text. It said: 'Well done – the next Roberto Carlos' ". The club have hardly mentioned the lad throughout his long lay off through the injury....so much for the man manager of the year, 'arm round the shoulder' cliche' ridden Rodgers. He's a pathological liar he really can't help himself. It's closely linked to other obvious disorders Rodgers has such as BPD and narcissistic tendencies.
