there is some utter scum in this world fair play, just pure scum. it makes me pleased that one day this person will die just like the rest of them.

on another note, what is it with LFC, they just seem to have this massive history of employing people who are degenerates of society.
Maybe the kopites treat anfield like Mecca during Haji. They just walk around it for hours
When ever I have been asked for directions by the evacuees I send them in the opposite direction to where they want to go,well it helps them kill some time.

We have had a few ourselves tbf.

Ha Ha Ha. Just reading some of the Echo article comments in the last day or so left by angry Kopites. They loathe Rodgers' every word.

The phrase "Our Bilbo Baggins" has got up off the ground.

PMSL.

Gnashers. They literally all are now.

Gnashers. They literally all are now.

I bet FSG are shaking their heads now wondering how they employed a manager with his ridiculous cv to spend £250M for them. The feller's only PL points total was bettered last week by Gary Monk...with 4 games to spare FFS. Maybe they'll hire him next?

ROFL.

Gnashing every time Gnashers opens his mouth are the Kopites. Its brilliant.

It'll be civil war over there shortly.

Whereas the Plotters over here have all been put down harder than Guy Fawkes night.

We just need to find some specific players.

They need a new team and another £250 million spending.

There's also this headline on the page.

Liverpool FC top of the table for respecting referees

Vomit.

From the Fanning piece:
'Liverpool's structure has created this political climate, this sense that it is not a football club but a bureaucracy where nobody wants to be held accountable and everybody wants a share of the praise even if there is little or nothing to praise.'

And long may it remain so. Great article - he saw right through the vacuous sham that is LFC and their moronic manager

In other words.

A climate where the manager will throw everyone under a bus to divert attention away.

It is the same every game plus I used to get the 26 from work and if there was a midweek game there would be hundreds of them wandering around outside the ground 3 hours before kick off, I suppose they had to get their half and half scarf for the big game vs 'team they play every season' before they are sold out.
I've always found this perplexing. You switch on SSN before one of their Sunday games (say 4pm kick off), and by midday they're milling around.

When Everton are playing at 4pm on a Sunday, I'm either still in bed at midday or fulfilling chores for the female-slave-driver that is the missus.

Why on Earthy would you want to be there so early? In fact, I make it my mission to ensure I enter the Old Lady as close to kick off as possible.

I have no need or desire to get to the ground so early, and it is the same with the overriding majority of football fans who aren't Liverpool fans.

It simply boils down to the fact that they're a quasi-religious cult whereby visiting Analfield is seen as a pilgrimage. Praying at the Shankley Gates.

Most of their tourist based fans probably do not realise that Liverpool is actually a city, rather than the football club.

If they're happy walking around the ground for hours on end in their full kits and half-n-half scarves then let them...

I still don't understand why the media have this love in with the reds***e, listening to them the other day that Rodgers should be given more time, and that the board need to back him with the CASH needed, I mean WTF, have they been in a coma for the last few years and have just woken up.

why? how old is your missus mate?

Rodgers once again wringing out the dishcloth dregs for another vanity project in the Echo. This time shamelessly trying to illicit some kudos for himself regarding Gerrard's penalty miss/then him scoring. He also manages to shoehorn in his daily reference to his team missing Suarezzzzz and take the credit for the winning goal by not substituting his skipper.

Rodgers: I knew Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard would be inspired rather than crushed by penalty miss

....
Brendan Rodgers said Steven Gerrard was in “that small bracket” of players who he knew had the mentality to be inspired rather than crushed by his penalty miss against Queens Park Rangers.
“I have seen it so many times in games that I have been involved in and watched over the years. Players miss penalties at all levels and the player in question normally end up getting substituted because it affects him. Rodgers compared that huge desire to win with another recent Anfield superstar, Luis Suarez, whose absence from the Liverpool side has probably been the main factor why Saturday’s victory pushed them only to within four points of fourth place rather than any of the loftier seats at the Premier League table
He said: “It comes from within. You create a cause for players to fight for. It’s a small bracket of players who have that feeling of never being beaten.
“Boys like Steven and the Suarez’s of the world are never beaten. Suarez, away at Norwich last season, was through on goal and missed while one-on-one. But five seconds later he scored because he has that world class mentality.”

The Liverpool manager revealed that even before his penalty miss, some supporters behind him had been calling for the captain to be substituted but he never doubted Gerrard could have an impact.
“They were shouting for him to be taken off before the penalty but I know his mentality,” he said.

What was that about respect, class and dignity the other day, Brendan ? And....in your talisman skipper's penultimate home game.
