What an utter cretin. We only mentioned it years later, eh, dicky? Mr so-called 'experienced football fan'??

“Heysel was never raised by rival fans in the late 1980s. After the advent of the Premier League, I think there was a certain feeling that the European ban had affected Everton’s finances. And when Everton were flirting with relegation it manifested itself a little bit more then because people were looking for reasons why they were in this situation.

But here's the winner......

“You shouldn’t use the deaths of people to get back at another club on any level so when you hear certain chants, or read things on social media, you want to come back with the facts.

And I won't even bother with the plethora of 'munich' videos on youtube.

Wasn't raised? Hmmmmm . Remember being on the kop for the first game after Heysel Everton v Liverpool for Phil NEal's testimonial ( we won 3-2 after being 2-0 down ) and the blues showed massive restraint not to raise heysel and the all merseyside together theme was promoted massively beforehand so as to make us look bad if there had been any blue reaction to our ban. Remember the kopites had absolutely no remorse at the time - even found it funny we could go in the European cup, and us as good old Everton took it. Remember the very first murderers chant was in the final of that screen sports super cup second leg at goodison when Kendall fielded a reserve team and we got stuffed 4- 1 by them . It was then that frustration boiled over and we realised what they had done to us. Start of 86-87 season it was

That spine has gone.
They have a very talented attacking player (Sterling) who is now jumped ship.

They now have to rebuild a squad around Henderson and Coutinho even after spending £200million.

If those RS aren't worried, I would be.

Ha Ha Ha.

Yes, it's that bad.

When my RS mate pointed out that we'd got beat by spuds, I still couldn't stop laughing tbh......I'm a bad sport........
