Think they'll hit the ejector button on Rodgers myself. It's a precarious situation, because FSG would no doubt look at Klopp as the ideal manager but I'm not sure they could convince him to take over. Klopp could name his price at almost any club now and, apart from him and Rafael, options look thin on the ground.

ancelotti and koeman there the only ones that would improve them as long as they dont get them im happy

Fella on the moan line yesterday said he'd bend over backwards for Ancelloti - had to feel sorry for him though, I mean would you take it up the proverbial for someone who isn't going to come (literally not figuratively that is).

I see the RS have set up a lovely bench in Stanley Park for Brent to sit and relax while he ponders how to spend the next £100m

I've heard a rumour from a very reliable source that FSG want to return to the Anfield tradition of the boot room if they get shut of Rodgers, they want someone who knows the club and is familiar with its workings and players..

A few important people at Anfield believe he's the brains behind last season and Rodgers is just the mouth piece.

Ancelotti said he's taking a year out if he gets sacked by Madrid, which is almost certain. Liverpool is below him anyway, the man is a class act as a manager and a person, he'll ride out next season and pick up the pieces of whatever massive European club underperforms.

Klopp is damaged goods - look how he did with Dortmund this season and that's with a side with Subotic, Bender, Immobile, Reus, Hummels, Kehl and Błaszczykowski in it not Moreno, Allen, Borini, Lovren and Sakho. Only really picked up after he announced he was leaving.

There is no way they could attract a big name like Klopp or Ancelotti - they will have offers from some estabilished top clubs soon. If they sack Rodgers they will go for someone like Garry Monk or some young foreign manager. Or maybe some old git who hasn't won anything in years - likes of Hitzfeld, Hiddink or Capello.
