Between playing as a wingback and getting hauled off at half time as the fall guy when the team were playing badly, poor lad's confidence looked completely shot through by the end of the season. Emre Can is made of slightly tougher stuff but even he looked hopelessly vulnerable in the same role.

If they are so able to spend money not quite sure why they haven't wrapped up signing a RB/RWB, was a real problem position for them last season.

Although they have money like s*** that they are...Bogdan is only one of their buys (i include kovasic here) who has PL experience
 
Brilliant signing for them lot IMO. I liked him about 10 hours ago but now he's the Brazilian Joe Allen in my eyes.

He's not like your average Brazil player which means he might actually be suited for the Prem but hopefully he flops big time and goes back to Germany for a tenner.
