Benteke is a superb player.

Funniest thing about signing Bemteke is that he's sililar in style to Ady Carroll who bridhe made a song and dance about binning him because he didn't fot n with his style of play, three years and 70 mill later there back where they started.

been saying this myself. they're both better footballers than your standard target man - but maybe benteke is going to start having a mass of injuries following the bad one he's just had. bit harsh on villa if he's asking to leave seeing as they stood by him throughout that injury. if he's bright enough he's play there until january/end of the season - he'll get way better offers than liverpool for sure. he starts for the "2nd" best international team in the world - he should be waiting for a CL team imo.

anyway, maybe his last injury is quite bad and he just wants a quick pay off to stand him up for the rest of his career.
