ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Just seen sky and headline is " Premier League says Benteke goals shouldn't have been given and has written to clubs to clarify the new interpretation " .

Maybe the League should write to its referees rather than the clubs as everybody seemed well aware it wasn't a goal apart from the ref or perhaps it's clarifying the 'Anfield Clause' that's been in place for the last few decades .

Spot on, its wasnt even a hard one to work out either so don't know why the ref and lineman allowed it.

I know, I think you know and I believe every non LFC supporter knows. I am not going to state the obvious. But if that goal had been scored by any team against the scum, it would have been disallowed...draw your own conclusion.

One of the lads from work was at the Bournemouth game and was sat almost perfectly on the 18yd line.

He said it was clearly offside from where he was sat, but he noted that the linesman was constantly a few yards behind play during the game.

From his angle he probably wouldn't have been able to decide whether he was or wasn't offside.

Rodgers: "The linesman has made an excellent decision. There may have been intent from Cuntinho but he was never going to get to the ball".

Oh that is alright then.

Please do not say that is not a truthful comment. I'm not sure whether that shows he is delusional, naive or stupid. Maybe all three.

I hope some utterly dodgy decision goes against them this weekend and let's see him arguing it was an excellent decision.

Press conference this morning.

He's a classless arsehole. They've got the points on the board so it wouldn't have harmed him to admit how fortunate they were to win, especially as Bournemouth played well and had a decent shout for a legitimate goal ruled out.

Yes, that is how 'normal' people should have responded. But Gnashers isn't normal; he's a narcissistic egocentric. He possesses elements of furtive animal cunning, but he's not truly smart enough to avoid his inevitable fate of failure and public ridicule. He is a detestable man...
Him and LFC are well suited.
