so in short I can't understand the massive love they have for him

He acted like a petulant ... on several occasions and was (extremely leniently) 'punished' for it (Remind you of any club in particular?) Even though there were entirely legitimate mitigating circumstances for his (their) actions.

That makes him a victim of the predisposed lawmaking cabal that hates and detests everything Libpoowill FC and unconditionally loves Man. Utd (Where the rat never would've went, honest)

It's an outrage that you're even questioning it. :coffee:

Suarez dragged their club's name through the mud, would have gone to Arsenal and binned them off to go to Barcelona, which you can't blame him for. If he had stayed they could be major force now, so in short I can't understand the massive love they have for him.
Desperation. Like when you're a plain looking bloke and you manage to go out with a gorgeous blonde for a few weeks when she's on the rebound. Then she drops you like a hot brick to go out with some guy with a six pack. Then when you see her in town you still let on to her because you want the associated cool you think it provides, when actually you just look desperate!

Spoken like a man with experience

Just imagine getting this in your stocking.

almost word for word what i was going to write, but you added the arsenal bit in as well which would have been better than my post ha i honestly don't get their affiliation. It's just weird.

How can a couple of former Manchester United (Gary - gave up when the time was right as a player and Phil, also NB Everton, nice but dim brother) opinions be so alarming to Klopp and Co. when the media is totally saturated with former Liverpool players? isn't two points from nine a bit more urgent an issue?

It doesn't seem to be remotely inappropriate to someone at Sky/BT etc to position Redknapp, Carragher, Souness et al for an Everton game now does it - in fairness Souness is a bright spark and Carragher has done well (despite the handicap of a Bootle accent).. whereas Stevie Me even gets an invite and he's unintelligible. As for Pinocchio whinging away on Sky every Sat-aft to the vast amusement of Le Tiss (should that be Le Pish Take?) and e-Mersed and even "I missed it" Kamara...

So for every Hamann, Collymore, Murphy, there's an Owen (now he REALLY is Tripe and right up there with Garth for a Statement of the Bleeding Obvious Award) or a Fowler (yes, really, The Toxteth Landlord) and for every McManaman, Beglin, Hansen there's always a Sad (moaning) Case, an abusive, pigeon threatening Aldridge, an overbearing Barnes, Mellor, Lawrenson or an overly biased Calamity James etc.

Basking in reflected glory 'dem Redmen... their only modern connection with success
