it's meant to adjust the actual table for differences in fixtures played.

trouble is the way they do it is completely stupid. Drawing Swansea away is worth the same amount of points as beating Chelsea at home.
I haven't looked into the whole APLT to be fair so perhaps I'm not fully grasping its logic, but don't we all play the same number of matches?

And the same opposition? In the same year? Therefore I see no need to unnecessarily make adjustments because where a team once finished.

Lost for words. That second comment is a theme evident throughout the club, they never do anything for their former players.

The only thing in my mind I can remember is them offering that senile git dalgleish another job as manager a couple of years ago
But waddabaut Slippy G!
Doesnt take long when they start demanding him to take over

yes but at a given point during the season, one club will have perhaps had relatively harder opponents than another. so that's what they think they are correcting for: for example, if after 4 matches one team has 12 points from beating relegation fodder while another has beaten top 4 contenders, they'd be even on points. but one team is likely stronger than the other.

however, the way they go about it is very crude and not at reflective of how strong opponents are at the current moment.

This thread is hilarious as they are and always will be the gift that keeps giving. On the field the players that turn up believe the hype that made them sign in the first place.

Off the pitch, the Cult bitch about substandard players who turn up and run a lot on, bitch about being unsupported by their owners, bitch about selfie sticks in the big shed and then complain that their local support stop an atmosphere being created! Even Lucas was left to walk alone on Monday, and Mignolet, and Can. Great support eh?

Even winning the league pre Christmas hasn't dampened their demand for success this year. Stuck in a Timewarp. And Repeat.

The cult will make a new deal with the Devil, but at what price? Soulless, Leaderless, Saddled with debt - but roll on the Derby eh?

Maybe, just once, we will turn up and have a right go this time? I'm not convinced either.
