ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Well grandad, there's a lot of players for one transfer window so we'll see if they can gel together quickly. Probably the season afterwards is when they will click. But the real problem for everyone will be when we have to accommodate all the kids who are coming through. I hope that the new stadium doesn't cause any problems either. How's Keita and Virgil settling in? Pass the mustard grandad please.

I just smiled and said 'if you say so' because I knew it'd wind him up more tbh

Found this nugget on daily mail comments section from some Aussie kopite lol.

Im going to keep reposting this in all Liverpool articles ------------------------------------------------------- When I was a young man I was upset about a bloke who was running around behind my back slagging me down and spreading some outright lies about me. I vowed I was going to punch his lights out next time I ran into him. A bloke I knew who was about 15 years older than me said 'Listen mate...there's only one reason someone continually puts you down: it's because they feel so bad about themselves it's the only way they know to build themselves up.' Moral of The story: No club receives anywhere near the relentless trolling that Liverpool does. The hate from nasty little trolls that accompanies every single Liverpool article is astonishing. We may not have won the league in the PL era but we have a special spirit in our club that binds us all over the world, and others wish they had it.

Can't agree with the logic there. I find that when I get an urge to put somebody down then it's not to make me feel better, but it's normally because they're being a brainless idiot.
Liverpool receive relentless trolling because they're so utterly deluded in their feeling of superiority and entitlement, and full of self worth, so need taking down a few pegs - at every opportunity.

The best thing about them is their constant need to be loved and admired by everyone yet they are universally hated. It must really hurt them like.

We're not jealous of how successful they are anymore, it's that special spirit we all wish we had.

I saw that myself and chuckled.
You might have also seen the beauty from one of them, stating if the get Robertson from Hull, it will only be a matter of time before he will be in the England squad.
I am reckoning it was a piss take, but you wouldn't bet on it knowing some of those rats.

in the middle of a family BBQ last night my grandad comes straight out with 'so what do you think of Everton's signings? I agree with carragher they're signing quantity not quality. not one would get in the Liverpool team' completely out of the blue

they're rattled and it shows

From the team that bought a Chelsea reject at a record price and are following up with an £8M bid for a Hull RB.........

You shouldve put a sly scotch bonnet chilli inside his burger ....he'dve been providing the khazi with quantity not quality. ;)

Who is this wise entity approximately 15 years your senior? No parallel should be drawn in football club terms obviously.

Best reaction is no reaction. When any redshite says the same to me, I just agree and say they are right. Tell them they have the best XI in the prem, dont need to strenghen and could they could possibly win all four titles next season. Then walk away.

It's not trolling, nobody is going out of their way to bait Liverpool fans into acting like morons (apart from other Liverpool fans). We're just pointing and laughing at the organically assembled catastrophe presenting itself to us

They have a mediocre defence and midfield yet they expect to win the league next season lol hopefully rb leipzig tell them to do one.

Lovely claims from David (Butterfingers) James about how we conned our signings into signing! Makes out like Lukaku is some massive name in football that draws in the likes of Klaassen etc! Fairly certain they were aware of his stance when it came to wanting out anyway!
Desperate.

Mate of mine worked at Forbidden Planet while he was at Bristol City. He used to go in there. She said he was thick as a tyre sandwich... and a bit of a sleaze.
