Can't say I've ever remember seeing that Robertson play and he could turn out to be bargain of the century but it's got be galling for the kopites hasn't it?
Started this window expecting to see markovic, Moreno, Lucas, Sturbridge and sahko go for about £120m but only getting one party interested in their least valuable player for half his stated value.
Those sales were supposed to finance aubyemang, Keita, vvd, Pickford etc but they end up signing some Chelsea reject and a relegated fullback.
Add to that barca letting everyone know they want coutinho, he's bound to be affected by that and quitE honestly it's almost certain he's told the Liverpool board that he wants to go, because why wouldn't you?
This has honestly been a nightmare window for them and it'll be difficult for them to finish in the top 6 next year. Arsenal will finish above them, United too most likely and given our signing and better youngsters it'd be an optimistic kopite who predicts well finish below them.
These are worrying times for our loveable neighbours.
