I thought that too... I remember watching a game of football on the BBC, during the World Cup I think it was, and he came across as perfectly sane and made some decent points. Sure, a bit too much "wishy washy" theoretical nonsense about the game at times, but it was kept in check.
Since he's gone there, he's literally talked pure sh*te 24/7. It's truly odd.
