City fold and Liverpool will be two or three up inside 30 minutes. You've heard it here first.

That’s my worry based on a lifetime of sitting through the heartbreak of their success but then I think about throwing the league away against Mourinho and palace . Then the Seville Europa cup final when all they had to do Apparently was turn up or the penalty shoot out they lost , when do they ever lose those , against city with a reserve keeper playing out of his skin . This year they threw away a lead at Seville and went out the domestic cups to West Brom and Leicester .
The RS aren’t a bad side but they’re not what they were when we had to watch them steamroller Europe’s best , they’ve got results in them and they absolutely could win this and certainly win tonight but I’m trying to hope their more crystalbul than Istanbul .
The problem is they're still a big club in their own heads due to their history, whereas City still don't really believe they are, or haven't in recent history in Europe.
The first leg at Anfield is both a plus and negative - if City can weather the early storm and get out of there without a hammering after freezing on the big occasion like so many sides do, they'll go through. I just can't see it though - 3-0 Liverpool, City will win the second leg 3-1 or something.
Does this count for players too then ?
City will tonk them tonight. That performance on Saturday against us was just a little warm up.
2-0 up by half time and run out comfortable winners I reckon
I’ll be turning it on at precisely KO time to avoid the BT fawning about ‘dem speshal yuuropean nightz’ the big flag waving during YAWN
