You say this but if we just qualified for the CL final could you seriously imagine yourself or any Blue registering on RAWK 24 hours after on the wind up/pretending to be Reds?

Would you see Blues being the first to comment on any LFC related social media story or trying to make out the Council's corrupt over their stadium plans despite the funding time and time again explained as all above board?

Yes they are obviously happy but lets not pretend that they have always been this bothered about us - under Bill it was Fergie this Utd that, now its all about "der bitters" ask yourself why other than we finally have an owner able to spend money and for the first time look to be leaving GP and not just leaving but leaving to a prime area of the city as part of a massive city project.

When it comes to reaching CL finals, imagining is all we can do. We've had money to spend for 18 months and it's gained us nothing. They should know all about that. As for the stadium, perhaps they do realise its potentially a threat, but given our past record on stadium moves I doubt, given they're in the final of the CL, I very much doubt its more than a passing interest.

I love to revel in LFC's tribulations, but the fact is they currently don't really have any and we'd be far better off trying to pressurise our board into moving our club forward than clutching at straws in that they see us as some sort of threat. They don't and we aren't.

Then why bother coming on here serious question? You seem to forget for the supposed best front 3 (lol) in world football and top class manager you had ricky lambert up top and Brendan Rodgers as manager 3 seasons ago.

Utd went from league champions under SAF to a joke under Moyes in 1 season.

Leicester went from Relegation battle to league champions in 1 season.

My point is football can and always has changed very very quickly, enjoy your success as you'll nevee have it better than this bar a City style takeover as you havent the finances to be a serious player anymore (same as Spurs who will be ripped apart for their players sooner rather than later)

We on the other hand are a joke right now, but again we are a Pochettino and Brands duo type appointment away from pushing up the table along being a hell of alot more attractive to outside investment with our stadium development (the same kind that attracted Mansour to City).

Football never stays the same so gloat whilst you can but you know full well in 5-6-10 years time lady fortune might be shining away from Anfield and on the banks of the river mersey and we have all the ingredients to push on - money to spend, the stadium in the pipeline etc. Totally different animal to being skint under bill Kenwright destined forever to be mediocre in a crumbling GP.

Why would the stadium thing worry Liverpool fans anyway? What benefit will it have? An extra 10000 seats on top of goodison? A few million a season barely touches the sides now with the tv deal being the main revenue stream. Anfield is at 55000 and plans to go more with the Anfield road getting done . Seems weird to think that would worry any Liverpool fan?
