I judge them on what happens next. There needs to be a clear plan and quick action to secure other forwards.

They haven't backed the last 2 managers and I think its been nowhere near good enough. In any industry you are judged on results and outcomes not whether you tried hard. That should be a given.

Agreed - think Forest are candidates for implosion (6 points from us, of course). The thing that worries me is - you can scout and pick out good players all you like but i) our actual execution of deals that aren’t frees or loans is very poor and (ii) shouldn’t part of the scouting be making sure they actually want to join before you start leaking bids etc?
