He's got some catching up to do, the vanguard of the Ignorant Right are all in love with (certain) EVs like the Cybertruck now.
The Lithium has to be mined very green for the environment = NOT -
Let 98% rest of the world - use fossil feels China USA etc etc the green logs I burn atm are imported from Lithuania? Where is the common sense in that ?None of the environmental arguments against EVs stack up vs the current ICE vehicle ecosystem.
The fossil fuel industry and ICE vehicle production is vastly more damaging to the environment than EV production is.
Regardless, I look forward to your next false argument when Lithium free batteries in EVs become common in the next few years.
Let 98% rest of the world - use fossil feels China USA etc etc the green logs I burn atm are imported from Lithuania? Where is the common sense in that ?
Dry kiln logs are green & pass the net zero guide lines - how much feul to ship them in from Latvia? Feul wise?“Green logs I burn”
Oh Joey
Driving an EV where the energy is generated from fossil fuel power plants is far more efficient and better for the environment than individual ICE cars doing the same. Nobody is talking about eliminating fossil fuels completely.
Careful buying any car with Chinese parts, turns out some are being suspected of spying for the Chinese state and certain employers are not keen employees using these vehicles near sensitive work places.

Why should cyclists pay road tax ? They produce no emissionsIts all about choice mate as for cyclyst they should pay road tax & insurance over the age of 18 years old ....
as for a horse & cart how about the methane gas .... Its just got expensively stupid IMO my car is very economical on petrol hence the £20 road tax with less emissions ....

They can speed more than 20 miles where you live- they can cause accidents = they should pay road tax & insurance & pay spèeding fines too- also fit number plates & have bike MOTs at Halfords etc a good revenue for thd DVLA .. for 18 years old above .....Why should cyclists pay road tax ? They produce no emissions
And how much tax are you suggesting they pay ?They can speed more than 20 miles where you live- they can cause accidents = they should pay road tax & insurance & pay spèeding fines too- also fit number plates & have bike MOTs at Halfords etc a good revenue for thd DVLA .. for 18 years old above .....
reckon this push bike tax and insurance (and fines of course) will cover the extra 50k traffic officers nationwide required to police it?They can speed more than 20 miles where you live- they can cause accidents = they should pay road tax & insurance & pay spèeding fines too- also fit number plates & have bike MOTs at Halfords etc a good revenue for thd DVLA .. for 18 years old above .....
£50 per year less than a £1 a week plus insurance plus speeding fines plus a passed test like other road users if they use cycle paths which 98% do not they should still pay all above imo..And how much tax are you suggesting they pay ?
I’m with you on this one Joey!£50 per year less than a £1 a week plus insurance plus speeding fines plus a passed test like other road users if they use cycle paths which 98% do not they should still pay all above imo..
