Emotional Rollercoaster

Absolutely hated the vast majority of the whole crap show, but the relief and emotion when doms header hit the net and at the final whistle against palace we’re absolutely unreal, and I’m happy my kids got to experience it with me.

Having said that, never ever again please Everton! Mid table mediocrity and a cup run/win would be lovely whilst Frank build us up again.

I would give my left nut for us to win a league or fa cup tbh…..

Great work @TheKr0w - sums it all up really well.

It is only now that I can actually talk about last season without coming out in a cold sweat. Most of it was unremittingly terrible but the highs of the escape were incredible.
On a personal note my personal highlights had different elements to them. Obviously there were the escape goals v Utd, Chelsea, Leicester and Palace which were brilliant moments, right up there with the best of following the Blues. But more importantly was being reminded what it is to be a Blue by my son in his early thirties who has lived off scraps in his time of supporting. But he twisted my arm to go to the Anfield derby on the basis of « Come on dad, let’s do it » and as soon as we got in the car on the way home he put on ´Spirit of the Blues’.
That’s what it is to be a Blue: constantly optimistic and defiant in defeat!!!
So, Board and principal shareholder. It is now over to you. The supporters, especially the young, did their bit. Now pull your fingers out or do one and get people in who do know what Nil Satis Nisi Optimum actual means.

Yeah, agreed mate, but to be fair although your lad hasn't had that much "glory" so far in his EFC lifetime, he does have the good fortune to have a total EFC fan celebrity legend as his dad in your good self;):)(PS even saw you yesterday gegging in on a fans blog on YouTube outside the Winslow after the Palace game);):dance:lol
