England November a Friendlies vs Chile and Germany

Defenders pick themselves really - not too sure about Rodriguez as he just doesn't score enough to be England at a major tournament quality but he deserves a chance I suppose.

I wonder how Michael Dawson feels about not getting in the England squad over the likes of Smalling. Not Dawson's biggest fan, personally, but he's been a mainstay in a good Spurs team and looked decent at the weekend.

Oh and Henderson ffs. He's improved a bit but Barry's miles better.

I'm not a huge fan of international football in general but yeah, in November leading up to a really crucial part of the season, let's cram in an extra two games and some worldwide travel.

Didn't germany just play loads of kids in the World Cup one year?

It is good that Adam Lallana and co have been called up however England won't be able to play good football with Woy in charge. I'm still disgusted that Lambert is getting called up to be honest, good player and all that but bloody hell

I think it's important to have a few older heads. Perhaps not those older heads mind you!


Probably best to be honest. We can argue as much as we want about who should be and shouldn't be in. Fact is we don't have enough really good players.
