If there is a dispute over the payments then he earns enough to get the best lawyers available.

I judge him all I want when he represents Everton. Yet again a overpaid substitute drags our name through the mud and it's not good enough.
Correct we do not know the full details but as I stated he can afford the best lawyers so should not get himself into this situation in the first place, either pay up or do not adhere to the call-up till its sorted.
Whatever the result it's our name that is linked with this debacle and is enough to bin him off imo.
