After you select the seat are you sure that you are clicking the little circle in the pop-up that comes with your selection ?
Go on the 1st page of the booking with your selection then turn the shield off before you go to the payment page, I'm sure thats what I did as the 1st time it didn't load the payment page with it still turned on.
I also used a credit card as a debit card probably identifies a uk bank account due to sort code, I did fill in a uk address though when registering on there, which I also did with the shield on.

Mine said that. I think you turn the ip blocker off when you get on that page and then it should work.
