hotel is paid for, and money taken for that. booked about a week ago.

Is the eticket showing in your account on their website, is it letting you print it out ? If so that should mean its ok

Bought mine, last week, and the money was shadowed in my account, but then checked it today and its gone back to the full balance. Got the PDFs and everything last week. Phoned the bank and they said they had 5 working days to make the transaction or it goes off from pending. Did this happen to anyone else? and Then they just took payment or not?

Yeah mine was exactly a week - booked at 4:30pm Wednesday and the money went out at midnight the following Tues/Weds night. So did lots of others, the first of us was at midnight 7 days after.

My balance went down straight away but then it didn't show up having been taken for a week.
