I've got them for Wolfsburg but never saw the E-ticket option? Mine are being sent the UK as it stands... I hope they actually do that.

I just purchased for Lille tickets.
They kidna sent conformation email, but with no pdf e-ticket inside.
Did I got it correct that electronic ticket will be sent in ten hours time (on email)?

have zero knowledge in French and not sure that google-translate gave me the right meaning of the message.


Here is what seems to work:

Go back to the link below and log in again. Then there should be a Mon Compte button somewhere.

Follow that and it will be something like "Mes Billets" or just "Billets", or maybe "Mes Commandes"


It means "Please download your tickets in the My Account section at www.stade-pierre-mauroy.com "

First printed them out as landscape which filled the a4, now been told it has to be as portrait, any idea what setting on the printer it needs to be.
Have either fit, actual size which cuts off the rear of the form, shrink oversized or custom scale ?
 

Anyone order yesterday around 4/5 and only had one email from Wolfsburg? Still yet to have a second email.

Roughly saying:

Which translates as:

I've checked my credit card and there's a pending transaction for this.
 
I think that's just the usual 'confirmation of your order' mail that you get with any e-commerce transaction. Then they go through and do the fulfilment and take the payment, which is when you should get the second mail that your stuff is on its way (or not).

I booked a couple early this morning and am at the same stage as you. (I also got the Welcome to our Community mail.) I can log in and see my tickets are reserved but not yet sent.
 
Same here, Wolf's ordered yesterday, one mail, but all will b good.
Still two months away but can't wait, those of you in for Lille must be itching for it. Shouldve done both :rant:

I ordered mine at about 4pm and everything you say is spot on for me, even down to the pending payment on my credit card

Exactly what I got. I hope I get the tickets, I even created the account with Felix Magath as my username to fit in

So, only thing left to do - is print 'em, I guess...

one more (dumb) question: I have 2 packages, both bought with same Visa card - so that's no problem that my name is on both (my mate's and my) tickets, right?
 
Wolfsburg have emailed me saying that they have dispatched the tickets
