Nah, al fella lives down there, so we've had ST's for about 10 years, it's great, Beer, Sun and watching Messi turn you over.

Sevilla is a magnificent City. It's very accessible from East and West, so would be a perfect place to get to. Spain would be great, but if we get Sociedad, please be early on as Northern Spain is freezing in the Winter.

Have a few friends here from Malaga. Must get down to visit there also. I get to watch Messi regularly, which is generally a treat but there hasn´t been too much of the turning teams over.

Hopefully Malaga will step aside and let Atleti win next weekend!

Thats a good point on San Sebastian, it would be bloody miserable in the winter. Then again Sevilla in September could be uncomfortably hot I´d imagine, if we drew them and played that soon.
 

Since we'll be playing thursday nights, I guess that means we'll be playing more on Sundays than we normally would? So more money for more TV appearances there as well?

We could probably make it through the playoff round with ease, but it'd be good to be able to do the full summer transfer window knowing that we'll have the EL group stage moneybag.

We'll get 1.3 million Euros in prize money alone just for being in the group stage, not counting the TV money for having 6 guaranteed EL fixtures, or the extra prize money if we get results (200k Euros per win, 100k Euros per draw).

Not a lot of money, sure, but there's a couple squad players right there.

Means i can get to so many more matches! Work most Saturdays which prevented me going to Goodison this Season.
 
Sorry, assume this has been posted already but I can't find it. Where does it say if arse win the cup we go straight into the groups? The bbc site (in the ups and down link) is saying Hull go into the group stage regardless of they win the cup or not, and we are in the playoff round????
