Certainly not set in stone we will be in pot 2, could easily be in pot 3.

I think it's a lot more likely given todays results tbf. We're currently in it, and Celtic, BATE and APOEL got drawns (and away goals) away from home, with Steaua and RB Salzburg getting results yesterday at home, so i reckon that leaves us in excellent position tbh.

Oh I agree, it's Everton after all, if anything bad is going to happen, it's going to happen to us, however, the likelihood of no upsets happening, is low in the Europa League, e.g. see Mainz etc.., and even then, we just need four of those results to go our way, not that it makes a difference in my opinion.

I cannot see any benefit for Kazakhstan playing their football in Europe. It certainly isn't beneficial to all of the teams who have to travel to matches there. Consider this fact: Astana, the city where the national team plays their home fixtures, is closer to Beijing then it is to Rome (never mind London or Reykjavik)

The last qualifying round comes to a close on Thursday 28th August; we should know our pots then.

The draw will be made around 11am UK time on Friday 29th August.

Monday 1st Sept is the day when EasyJet will take the piss and up their prices

For the younger lads who might not have been on euro aways before, try looking for flights from places like Newcastle. Bit of a ball ache the drive up there but often the price isn't hiked too much if you are quick. Liverpool /manc flights are usually a no go.
