Haven't really, am going to stay two nights but flights to Lyon are taking around 5-6 hours from Manchester with one stop on the Wednesday

We are on a flight from Berlin landing at 13.25 on Wednesday. Anyone want to share a taxi into town? we would have 2 spaces. Taxis and trains are really expensive from airport into town

Forget having Lille type numbers for this one. 3k tops I'd have thought. It seems the much anticipated European Tour this season has already gone flat, not on the back of poor Europa Cup results so far but because of the general depression over the state of the club currently after so much promise. The numbers at Atalanta were poor I thought.

The large allocation made them look worse I think. If we'd have been given 2,500 then the numbers we took would have looked fine.

You have to remember that when we're usually in the EL we don't have to play qualifiers before the groups. There was something like 2 weeks notice for Atalanta for a game against a relatively small Italian club. When we played in the competition last time we also got off to a great start with a 4-1 win against Wolfsburg so the optimism was far higher.

2 of us have booked our flights to Geneva and train from there looks decent.. whether we get tickets or not we'll have a good time... and even if we lose - we'll sink a few crates of ale.

I have my travel and accomodation booked, I am a ST holder but got no away credits.

I am worried sick I won't get a ticket.

If you went to any of the home cup games last season you'll have credits for those, so you'd be on three credits.
Even if you don't get a ticket from your own history, there'll be loads of spares.

Dublin to Geneva for me, then train to Lyon via a quick stop at the nearest offy.

For anyone flying into Geneva, there's a ticket machine in the baggage hall that gives you 60 mins free travel on public transport, which is handy for the connection to Cornavin. Saved me a few quid booking Cornavin-Lyon, rather than Airport-Lyon.

Announcement next week with tickets on sale either the end of the week or early the week after would be my educated guess.

The entire upper tier was empty for their game against Atalanta, I would assume, based on this... that we'll get ahefty allocation, to ensure no trouble.

looks like all the divs who bought atalanta and split away tickets and didn't go,the plan didn't work.

No chance we were going to take more because the box office cant handle the organisation, wanting to post tickets out, back log in emails, there a farce with this stupid new sysytem
