Saw Seville beat Rayo Vallecano tonight. Good game. I had to get a ticket off a tout as it was a sell out. Good atmosphere and Rayo were unfortunate not to win. Loads of bars around the ground. Reminds me slightly of a smaller Everton in terms of the feeling around the ground.

Well I have read a lot of criticism of the Metropolitano. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere and there is an odd gap between the tiers. A fantastic atmosphere though despite the result for Athletico.
The Bilbao fans were class as well. I had a good view of them over to the right.

Schalke started off quite possibly the most important month in the club's recent history with a win against Braunschweig at home last weekend, but I didn't post because I forgot lol Karaman stepping up a lot this season as Terodde is now getting on a bit with age (and also not in great form) and the team misses chances AOTS, very Everton again.

What a touch by their #9 at around the 56 second mark btw.

Away to Holstein Kiel on Sunday but currently looking forward to watching any Schalke game exactly as much as I am to watching our game vs City lol
