Fun Fact: My parents got married on April 3rd 1976, the day Brotherhood of Man won the Eurovision Song Contest for the UK with their song “Save Your Kisses For Me”.

Therefore this competition means a lot to me and I’m absolutely raging right now… I’m now getting on the Pre-bleach so I’ll be nicely wasted in time for Everton’s defeat to Brentford tomorrow. FFS.

I don't know mate. I do think some of the countries take it quite seriously, a lot of acts launch their careers on the Eurovision Song Contest. It used to always have a jury vote and then it was the televoting that brought all the stupid baltics voting for baltics that Terry Wogan would lament
