Harrison has been atrocious so far this season when called upon. Once Lindstrom (who isn’t pulling up trees either) and McNeil are fit and ready, he won’t be getting selected to start and rightly so. Recalling him for a second loan spell has been shown to be a mistake. It would appear the manager has realised this.

It just shows that those shouts of ‘he will never pick new signings over his favourites’ were ridiculous. People wrote hundreds of posts about how Dyche will not move from McNeil Doucoure Harrison as the attacking three and he won’t play new signings.

Well here we are with the first choice three now Ndiaye McNeil and Lindstrom. Branthwaite back over Keane who he would never drop as well.

Whether we win or not is a different matter but the selection stuff always was a load of absolute nonsense.
