Seems Lindstrom an NDiaye aren't going to change a team who can't score goals into one that can then. People told me in the summer they'd make all the difference to a team on it's arse...

Yet again - this team is bang in trouble until it brings in players with pace, who are capable of scoring goals.

When we can do that, we'll also be able to attract a manager capable of progressing us.

Only Southampton have scored less - and that'll remain the same until January.

Crap.
Stick either of them in a team with a coach whose comprehension of attacking football goes beyond an under 11s level and see what happens.

We could play that match for 3 hrs and im not sure we'd see a goal. Removed of NDiaye we have no attackers that can honestly play by reacting to defenses. Everyone else is predetermined in their decisions. Heads aren't up when they have the ball, no one is responsive to what mistakes the opposition are allowing. It doesn't mean such players aren't capable of scoring but Frank's Brentford are too diligent for that kind of play to likely pay off.

I honestly think we'd be better off having the attack just giving Ndiaye the ball and having everyone diligent in simply running off that. I dont know if it will be addressed in this season but a line reading striker with a bit of touch has to be a priority or the lionshare of whatever budget we have. Beto's size did offer some hold up, but both he and Dom have no relationship with the target and are simply not good enough. Maybe Chermiti or Broja can at least provide a change in the meantime. Come Jan I think Myko has to be replaced. He puts in a shift but he just isnt an additive player in asking questions from opponents.

And even though Gana works his arse off and wins plenty of balls back, we need someone stood 1 yard from him as soon as he gets the ball to just take it off him.. his distribution is saturday morning level at times

I admire anyone who can illicit any kind of emotional response from themselves with Everton nowadays.

For a sport which thrives on the highs and lows, I absolutely feel nothing when it comes to Everton.

That coach needs binning quickly, to have 2 and a half weeks to prepare for that game and produce that is ridiculous. The players are so uncoached, they have no idea what to do when they get past half way. He's relying on the creativity of players who aren't creative.

Get him gone. He'd be worse than Benitez if he'd managed them lot.

We really need a new LB and RB in January. I think having players capable of contributing in the final third would make a massive difference to us. At the moment it's like having two Tony Hibberts there.
I'd rather we get a No9 who is capable of hitting that big white netty thing at least 10 times a year than putting a 5th right back on the books. Thank god we spent about £15m on a 4th choice center back in the summer or we'd really be in a mess...
