Its not the line up but how we play.

Combine how we played in the 4-4 last season and the fact they have a make shift defence with us being at home with a fully fit squad.

Get at them and go for it by playing fast attacking passing football, or sit back and hoof it long to isolated players.

Vidic will be up for it against Fellaini. I'd rather he played beside Gibson and win the ball back. Their team is set up to keep the ball and Fellaini is our best player to disrupt that.
 

Funny thing is, we're all fuming, but we should have completely expected it. Honestly, anything other than this would have been a complete shocker.

They look really vulnerable defensively, if we're positive enough to get at them.
 
i would have gone with heitinga over distin. i dont think man utd have much of an aerial threat so heitinga would have been a better choice for this particular match.
 

Everyone needs to calm down just a little bit. This will be the only game this season where Moyes has a fully fit squad and sticks Ossie on the wing. I'm sure Mirallas would have played but he can't, he's our starter going forward. This is identical to our lineup that put 4 goals in at old trafford minus Heitinga. Relax people and have faith!

Heitinga on the bench I can live with.

Osman on the wing... Frustrating.

Neville right back with Hibbo right wing is how I read that. Hibbo's nailed on to score this season, why not tonight ?
