Hi all, just read a few of your comments on the last couple pages I couldnt be bothered to read them all..

Today was a good game, you should of turned us over in the first half but like I said before the game our new CB's are top notch and they did their job today...

I know everyone is gonna be mad with me saying this and my tin hat is on in preperation for your comments but you lot are moaning about lack of creativity and lack of confidence etc, but today your support was absolutely dire! I wouldnt expect my team to perform with as much backing as you gave them today..

Our Birmingham lot sang from start to finish, even when we conceded 3 minutes in we still belted out loudly and proud a chorus of our favourite song and the only reason our team got the confidence and leverage to push forward and get our goal is through support ...

I know im gonna get abuse from you lot for saying that, and I dont really care but you cant really expect your lads to be fired up when theres no1 getting behind them...

Good luck with the season anyway

well i barely heard you and i was pretty close to your fans, maybe its because you sold less than half your allocation because the fair weather supporters didn't fancy it?

If the hand ball was given and Saha's goal was allowed , we would be saying the corner has been turned. The luck is going against us this season. We all know we are a better team than our current position but I feel we are slowly getting back on our feet, still expect a top 10 finish.
Keep the faith.....

True. But it didnt, and we missed a host of chances. The ref is going to mess up from time to time. Cant rely on it. Gotta kill those games and so far...we cant.

As long as we don't get relegated this season I'll be happy, well I will not be happy because i want us to be challenging for the champions league year in year out.

we battered them. pure and simple. they were bloody lucky to get away with a point.

we are going to come on strong in the second half of the season and we are still in 2 cups.

it's going to be a happy blue year.

You're right in so far as saying we can't forget decisions will go against us from time to time, but this talk (not sure if it was you, but generally) of comparisons to 05/06 is way wide of the mark.

I'd be a lot more worried if we were playing rubbish but we've shown over the past few games that we are starting to find some form.

Well all we can ask at this stage is for improvement. That's improvement in performance (which I think we are starting to see) and improvement in results (which will follow I hope!).

If Saha's goal had stood, I think we would be celebrating a good win now, but it is a fine line. At least we are creating chances and at times playing some good stuff. We need a win to cement the confidence and provide a springboard to climb the league.

Good summary of the situation IMO mate.

We are all as frustrated as each other with things at the moment, but there are reasons for optimism. I just pray we can get a win in our next 2 games (ideally both but I'd be happy with 4 points, tbh).

In fact, I'd be delighted with 4 points.

Burnley I think, touch wood, we can have being they've got a very poor away record (worst in the prem aint it?) and the Wolves defeat had to have hurt.

But the Sunderland game is touch and go for me. They're organised from defence to attack...

We arent 100% there yet. It basically is a bit dodgy from defence to defensive midfield and that costs you goals....see Man Citeh.

I think people are overstating Sunderland a bit. Fair play to them, they're improving without doubt, but top 10 for them this year would be a massive achievement.

They have a stronger spine than most years, Cana, Cattermole and Bent basically. Their defence is not great so we've got a chance. And yes, I know we're far from perfect but we've got an opportunity to get all 3 points, if we play well, which we are showing signs of doing.
