In the none multicultural parts it is. Everywhere else in London is a ****ing ****hole. Even cats walk around in twos. And what would you say if I said to you Bury Park, Marsh Farm in Luton? Bedfords a weird one, I mean it's no where near has ethnically diverse as Luton, but there the rich and the poor are mixed in together. You'll have like massive 5 bed detached next to council estates etc. It can't be denied, multiculturalism has failed. Not to say that in principle it wasn't a good thing, but the way it has been implemented is wrong and hasn't worked.
glad youve said that, as the 'multiculturasim has failed' line is often trotted out by the bnp ,i think its a very difficult thing to quantify as theres so many variables, but you can make the statistics say whatever you want to prove the point you want to make...at the end of the day people will always find an excuse to hate someone else!
anyway footbally football!
I'm off to the match today. Going to try and be positive.
COYB!!
That's another thing that's wrong with this country, as soon as someone starts raising these issues it's 'oh you must be BNP' etc etc and it just stops important issues getting talked about. Groups like the BNP will always try to make themselves seem reasonable. They won't outrightly say what they think, but will tag on to reasonable arguments to try and get more support. Naive and uneducated people will fall for it. I won't. Anyway, if Mr. Cameron said one thing I agreed with last year it would have been that he admitted multiculturalism has failed. Finally a politician that wasn't afraid to tell it like it is on an issue like that. Even if it is him.
Anyway to sum up, Blackburn the town sucks. Blackburn the football team sucks. Everton are probably even worse. 1 1 draw nailed on ffs.[/QUOTE
i'll have to disagree on the multi-cultarism has failed, i still think it can succeed as long as you can prevent extremism(difficult) and support the community, but that could be due to my sunny/idealistic disposition
can we not somehow get the bnp/ facists etc in a ring with a load of islamist extremists and have a fight to the death and televise it? host it in goodison and use the profits to buy a striker for ffs!
I'm holding off all negativity, positivity and expectation until the line up has been announced.
If it's not too bad then we'll see.
I mean, we're at home to a gash team without the one player who's been keeping them in with a chance of staying up. This should be easy... right?
midfied choices have been alright recently, just please break up cahill/saha....
saha is 34 and has loads of injuries, he should be a sub at best, he has great qualities but people seem to forget the first 2 points...
Such as? Haven't seen anything remotely endearing from him in 2 years, aside from 4 goals against Blackpool. He doesn't even work hard.
